PSA: Where our trails cross open areas such as the fields along Rt 114 on Trails 105A and 105 or any open areas please stay on trail (meaning between the stakes provided). The ground is now soft and we don't want to damage the ground. We have landowners who use these fields for income producing such as hay during the summer months. We'll be keeping an eye on the snow depths and will need close these sections before the temperatures begin to rise next week.
The forecast is still for a significant snowfall possibly 1 to 2 inch per hour rates during the day. We will run the groomer once it is safe to do so with visibility and begin packing. The groomer may be out any time of day or evening both weekend days.
