03/08/2022-Trail Report

What a roller coaster of weather here in Norton. 3 days of warmth, then we had another .62 inches of heavy rains in a short time last night, and now the temps have dropped from 38 to 20 degrees with snow showers, a gusty wind, and a dusting to an inch. PLUS, we are also looking at a good storm Saturday time frame with snows currently forecasted at a foot or even more! Time will tell and our trail system will remain closed for now as most of our upper elevation trails are surrounded by dirt with minimal coverage. Fingers crossed and we will watch this storm system carefully as well as our trail system. Thanks
